Thorndon is proud to support a small bursary for workers in the essential services and hospitality sector who come to Guernsey, to support the Island’s economy and society. The bursary helps them pursue their talents and interests when they are not working. The first recipient is Benjamin Musili-Mutua – of Kamba decent from Kenya – a cook in Bailiwick hotels and a passionate athlete and runner. We are supporting Benjamin to enter, train for and then compete in the Guernsey marathon and other races in the summer.
