Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience working on managing process risk for senor decision-makers in listed and non-listed companies including large cap industrials and the financial services sectors. This has included being part of Group Secretariat at a major multi-national UK energy company, BP plc, and subsequently being retained as an external adviser to Board, legal, treasury/risk management, and company secretary functions on Director's and related liability insurance of their Group and subsidiary boards as well as a range of other clients.
